How We Process

How GoodMama® Processed

Early in the morning our workers make their pace to the farms. They handpick edamame and directly bring back to our factory. This is what we call “asamogi” edamame or picked early in the morning. Edamame should not get exposed by the sun more than 3 or 4 hrs, otherwise it will ge stain.

Sorting, washing, salting, and packing are processed using modern facilities in our 4ha factory. We use SABRO and MYCOM IQF machine with ANRITSU metal detector.

All GoodMama® Edamame has to be stored under -18 degree Celcius as there is no additive preservation added.
